Agile Estimating and Planning


Estimation and planning are two components that make sure the project will be successful from the ground level. The company and the developer working on the project get benefitted if they have a plan and estimation ready. This module is designed to give the participants a complete idea about easy and effective approach to estimating and planning. It will help them to craft a practical plan and they will also learn why this approach is essential for a continuous process.

The participants will understand how the panning and estimating are crucial in decision making and how it can affect the whole project.

This module also addresses the reasons behind the failure of a project yet why planning is imperative to agile projects. The participants learn to take various approaches towards planning and estimating including unit-less points and ideal time. The module illustrates the four techniques for creating estimate and when to evaluate and re-estimate. With the knowledge of planning and estimating the participants will learn to improve a project's quality and how to keep it within estimated time. The program will also focus on tracking progress against planning. Anyone, starting from managers, programmers to testers, can join this module.
